Treox

TRE = Three Components ( salt, water, electricity )
OX = Oxidation
D = Disinfection
TREOX D concentrate is an almost pure anionic cargo. Mixed with water, the application solution is almost PH-neutral. At the same time, the application solution has an extremely high redox potential. Unrecognized by the cell, TREOX D penetrates into the cell nucleus via membrane channels (porins) as hydrophilic cargo and tries to absorb its missing cations there. The presence of anions in the cell interior creates an imbalance between the cell and the environment. The result is a high osmotic pressure. In this way the cell is literally torn to pieces by physical forces. • There is an absolute resolution of the cell structure. The remaining components of the cell are oxidized. For this reasons the cell is completely destroyed. • Resistance can not be established by mutation. The mechanism of action of TREOX D has a wide range of uses and is effective against bacteria, viruses, yeasts, algae, fungi and their spores. This oxidation-based disinfecting effect is certified and approved in the European Union by a large number of independent laboratories
Advantages
- It is harmless to humans, animals and the environment.
- Handling is risk-free and therefore requires no safety instruction.
- TREOX D is non-irritant and non-flammable.
- contains no petrochemical ingredients.
- TREOX D is harmless to humans, animals and the environment.
- Our products do not require any hazard warnings and are dermatologically certified with excellence.
- Application and storage of TREOX D does not release harmful by-products.
- Storage in locked safety cabinets is not necessary.
- The purchase of special safety equipment is not necessary.
- After using TREOX D no incompatible residues are left behind.
- It decomposes after use into its basic components (water and table salt)
Compared to Commercial Disinfectants
- TREOX D solution has a broad spectrum of activity compared to sodium hypochlorite, but the same disinfecting effect is achieved at a much lower concentration.
- TREOX D has the advantage that it does not irritate the mucous membranes.
- In comparison with aldehydes, TREOX D has better efficacy in the control of viruses without shell. Alcohols have no effect on spores and viruses.
- Quaternary ammonium compounds (QAC) have weaknesses in Gram-positive bacteria and have no efficacy on spores and non-enveloped viruses.
- Oxidants such as H2O2 work well but have the disadvantage of being highly corrosive and carcinogenic.
- TREOX D is safe and harmless for humans but extremely effective on most microorganisms.
